Aggressive Dog Policy
I reserve the right to refuse finishing a dog’s haircut or not groom a dog at all if actions that may lead to aggression are shown. Although my reasons may not be agreed upon by the client, I have the right to look at out for the wellness of myself and my business so difficult decisions may have to be made either in advance or at the appointment.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
I reserve the right to charge a min. $25 cancellation/no show fee if I arrive at a home and no one is there or if an appointment is cancelled at the last minute. (There are extenuating circumstances, which would be discussed to decide the best course of action.)
Client Termination Policy
I reserve the right to terminate any client from my clientele at any point, no matter how long I have been working with them. Similar to my aggressive dog policy, I will refuse service going forward if I feel unsafe or uncomfortable due to one (or more) variables. Some of these variables may include:
a. client interaction
b. pet interaction,
c. the environment I am working in
d. the client and I no longer being a good fit
