Below are the questions I'm asked most frequently about myself and my business:

How far do you travel?

Rather than using a specific mile range, it will be easier to simply list the towns which I am able to provide service to. The following is a list of the towns that fall within my service range:

Allamuchy, Andover, Budd Lake, Byram, Chester, Denville, Dover, Flanders, Great Meadows, Green Township, Hackettstown, Hopatcong, Independence, Kenvil, Lake Hopatcong, Landing, Ledgewood, Liberty Township, Long Valley, Mansfield, Mendham, Mine Hill, Mount Arlington, Mount Olive, Morris Plains, Morristown, Netcong, Newton, Rockaway, Roxbury, Stanhope. Succasunna, and Wharton.

What's your availability?

My hours vary per week, but this is a general look at my availability:

Monday- Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm                                                                                                                                                                 Friday: 8:30am-3:00pm                                                                                                                                                                                              Saturday: 9:00am-12pm

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check, Venmo, and GooglePay.

How long does a grooming session normally take?

On average, it takes about an hour. (However, it all depends on the dog, temperament, coat condition, and haircut.)

How long have you been grooming?

I graduated from the North Jersey School of Dog Grooming in 2011 and after working at various salons for about 5 years, I started this business in 2014.

Do you groom cats?

I do not; I can do cat nails but that's it.

What are your favorite breeds to groom?

My favorite kind of dog to groom is a nice one, honestly.  The breed doesn't matter so much as the temperament does! (I have a spot for for Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Pugs, though!)

I'm worried about hair being everywhere...

No need to worry; I'm very thorough in my cleanup! I take all the hair from my table and and any that may have fallen onto the ground and take it with me to dispose of. If I use your sink or tub to bathe your dog, I will make sure it's hair-free before I leave.

What about hair clogging my drain?

To prevent your plumbing from  clogging, I use a hair trap to block the drain.  As another option, I could also bathe your dog(s) outside (if the weather permits) to avoid getting hair in the drain altogether.

What kind of shampoo do you use?

I use a variety of brands. My go-to shampoo brands are EarthBath, Tropiclean, Isle of Dogs, iGroom, and Espree. They are based in the U.S.A and contain ingredients I understand and trust.  If there is a special shampoo of yours you'd like me to use instead, please let me know!

I saw on your homepage you're a member of PP Guild. What is that?

The Pet Professional Guild (PP Guild) is a membership business league that represents pet industry professionals who are committed to treating pets with patience and respect.  Their philosophy, which I completely agree with, is about creating a nurturing environment and an enjoyable experience with the pet's best interest in mind. For more information about them and to inquiry about a free membership for pet parents, visit their website:  http://www.petprofessionalguild.com/
